    factfinder,

I find it unusual for someone who has never posted on CGV before to start a thread entitled "trend worries" for their first post on CGV. It was no surprise to see you are an avid CXY supporter. I have no worries with CXY and I have traded it in the past but I see what happens on this site.

If in fact you do own 'a few' CGV shares I wonder on what basis you bought them in the first place?? Especially as you say all the price movement has been 'down'.

I labelled you a 'pretender' as far as CGV is concerned, CXY does not concern me! If I thought you knew as much as me about the operations of CGV over the last 6 months I would not comment as such, but I have not seen you post on CGV ever in the last 6 months it has been listed.

I DO NOT base my investment in this company upon charts. CHARTS are of little consequence to a company that has only recently listed that is really illiquid in everyday trade. There is reasons beyond an extent out of the companies control as to why the share price is where it is. I emphasise in this case charts mean little in a stock that is fairly tightly held that is only establishing itself in the UCG sector.

You said "CGV hasn't seen the level of action that other "more involved" UCG companies have experienced."

Again I emphasise without trying to repeat myself, CGV has only listed 6 months ago. 6 months. The main 3 UCG companies have been listed for 3-6 years. What do you expect??

In reality CGV isn't that far behind if you know what they are up too! CGV has the coal leases and the expertise to go it alone in any case and doesnt need any JV to commercialise UCG in the future. These are merely avenues they have taken. There would still be nothing stopping them from achieving their goals if all their current JV's fell through.

If you see no value currently in CGV that is fine stick to CXY with your 1 billion shares, but most smart investors wont really be following a 'trend' when it comes to CGV, charts dont matter here. But you have to know what your doing. So the best advice is DYOR and dont listen to anyone you dont trust imo.

Your sentiment is what it is because you probably havent done as thorough research as some others thats all! Everyone has an opinion mate! Will CGV 'fail'? Big call to event hint at such but then again we know why you are here.Lol

Take a look at the CGV team and point out who is the culpurates who will fail this company? I'm not potentially mis-guided or over optimistic. I just post from what I know. But feel free to point out any fundamental failures of CGV. I'd like to see what you can come up with. No hostility here, only for those who post without all the facts with a hint of downramping.

    Cheers

    Chris
