Curragh were already struggling with production before the rain events.. most coal mines budget for a certain amount of hours / days per year for inclement weather. It's all about having coal stocks on the Rom. There have been many occasions this year in perfect weather conditions that the CHPP's did not have enough coal stock to run both CHPP's at capacity.
