If there were a few on the know you’d see way bigger parcels being traded. We only done 700K shares so far and they were almost all below $10K value.

EXR has never been a leaky ship - cards are being held closely to their chest.

No news is good news. I don’t expect to have flow results soon. Once the flow is stabilised they’ll need to gather and analyse .all the data before they can make a meaningful conclusion.

The 2022 wrap up announcement sounded very positive in that regard so I wouldn’t be too worried. There’s a serious discount on this stock right now and an excellent buying opportunity
