You are technically correct however I’ve seen it before where related parties buy shares above a bid price to then sell to the bidder. It’s dodgy and against the rules but it happens. When CDV was taken over this happened a lot. Every time before norgold would raise their offer price there would be massive buying on the market at above the current highest price. Then the related party could sell back to Norgold knowing a higher offer was imminent. It was barn door obvious that this was happening and it happened a lot. Soon Norgold accumulated well over 20% of shares. GLTAH
