    AK9631 I'm guessing here and I think most others are in the same boat.

    There are two parties involve in this.

    CVI and ASX, They are the people who knows exactly what is going on here.

    As a share holder you have the right to ask questions from both parties. Call them and get both side of the story if you are worried about your investment.
