I hope you are right. $3 would seem a let down to most holders I think. The quality of the resource, size and grade - I would be expecting the valuation to be more like $6 or $7 in my books. That is only $1.5B-$2B valuation. That would seem reasonable given how many tonnes of lithium carbonate could be produced from the resource.
I guess we are only speculating. However the board would be under a lot of pressure if a $3 of $4 offer came because it is hard to deny an offer that could be double the current market price at the time.
