I read somewhere recently that when they brew a batch of the drug the Lipid nano particles being a fat they float to the top, they cannot stir too vigorously, or the lipid nano particles are destroyed.
Thus, when they start draining the tank to fill the vials the stuff from the bottom contains very little of these nano particles but the last bit from the top is very strong and probably lethal.
