Sput has been buying the left over u that is not taken by utilities . They have the ability to influence the price as they did in august 21. Utilites that have signed contracts recently have secured supply at reasonable price. The ones not yet established will have greater price to pay when it comes time to secure supply there are dozens of nuclear plants under construction and others being recommissioned . Demand for more enriched uranium swu is good market to watch
