references to operations nearing breakeven read like a last (desperate) gasp of air with more than a hint of resignation .... "we came so far and so close".
still blows me away that in the current climate context the market will let this ball drop..... or perhaps others are right, that it wont, but just not to current shareholder's benefit.
$3m is nothing in many regards and potential long term upside, but also more than material when the whole cottage is currently only worth $5m.
if there is ever a time for that loan they recently started talking now would be a good time ! .... no longer holding my breath.
