Appeal is a 6 week process starting from the 12/4/10... how anyone could suggest a leak of information is beyond me, 3 days into the appeals process...

Jerman, i would read the asx announcements and view BAU's website for accurate information on what is going on at the moment. But in a nutshell, BAU has approx $60m in the bank, 82 signed contracts from property owners to extract their bauxite, buyers lined up in China, 30 new staff from the chittering/bindoon area waiting for employment, businesses in the chittering/bindoon area waiting for the business (upon commencment of bauxite extraction) and a 'strong' case to appeal against the recent epa decision.

Those that got so used to everything going to plan are finding all this a bit hard to take - those that thought things were going to be easy are disillusioned and need to understand that most producing companies will have or have had hiccups along the way... BAU are doing everything 'in their power (control)' to advance their business imo...
