You're applying the multiple of the acquired company against the acquirer. Pure transport business would have a much lower multiple because of the capital intensity and competition.
I'd look at it the other way. They've acquired a business at 3.7x but they trade at an unadjusted PE of 12x. So an immediate 8.3x accretive gain on $3.7m EBITDA.
