Definitely not laughing here. I have always thought about the potential treatment of Autism Spectrum disorders in the broader context off the back of positive results and FDA approvals for the 4 indications currently in P2 trials. Retts falls under one of the five major types of autism ( Asperger's syndrome, Rett syndrome, childhood disintegrative disorder, Kanner's syndrome, and pervasive developmental disorder). Considering Neuren believe NNZ-2591 has superior MoA I suspect you'll need a bigger calculator if all goes as well as trofinetide.
The mind boggles when thinking about the potential of this little engine that could.
