Roo, I know its a long time ago but shareholders were given the choice of a pragmatic approach to mining gold or...... exploring for more. Lack of water supply as I recall was given as the prime cause for not mining and using purchased plant, which proved inaccurate. For the past 5 years we have gone the exploring route on handouts from shareholders, no bank would fund this on the basis of zero income and promises of a transition to mining, or finding the big seam. The market valued the company at about 36c/share five years ago and now 5c/share; again with no firm contractual plans to mine. I can even recall CR's at 22c
You may consider the company and management strategy a success; but whatever measuring stick you use it has been an abject failure IMO, apart from keeping key personnel in 6 figure salaries.
