I think where some of you are misconstruing things is that EXT is a very expensive takeover at this price and this is why EXT is receiving a lot of JV requests.
There was a lot of blue sky at 80cents -$1 but people keep on making out that EXT is a get rich company at this price.
I have to disagree.
Couple that with a falling U price and many false forecasts that never actually materialised saying that the price of U is about to boom and you have a pretty bearish scenario IMO.
Another bearish factor is that EXT keep on appointing new senior management which points to Jointly developing the deposit to production.
This all has short term negative ramifications at this share price however long term it will be good.
