Without NWE Board approval, MIN can still achieve the target ≥90% entitlement to compulsory acquisition ownership stake in NWE by creep aquisition or downstream acquisition, provided no single shareholder has a >10% stake in NWE (ability to block compulsory acquisition). Does anyone know what MIN's current shareholding is and whether there is anyone that can block compulsory acquisition?
