Blaze: Japan's Oki to market PC Face Animator

Sydney - Tuesday - November 16: (RWE Australian Business News) -

Blaze International Ltd has executed a worldwide distribution agreement
with Oki Electric Industry Co Ltd of Japan to market and distribute the
PC-based version of Blaze's Face Animator product.

Face Animator allows computer users to use avatars or characters
to represent themselves in communications over the Internet and mobile
telephone networks.

Under the agreement, Blaze will receive a 30 per cent royalty on
all revenue generated by Oki PC Face Animator product sales throughout
the world.

Oki plans to start its marketing effort, initially in Japan and
Korea, in February 2005.

Based on sales estimates developed by Oki and Blaze, the revenue
to Blaze could be between $3 and $5 million over the next three years.

Shares in Blaze traded steady at 7c yesterday.
