Firstly i think by memory GF have around 15%.
IMO it would be a good thing if every SH voted as they actually thought with regard to the granting of options to the incoming directors even though it appears it will be a forgone conclusion.
It would be nice to be able to demonstrate to the new directors if voted in that a lot of holders were not in agreeance with the over generous terms and conditions as per resolutions 4 - 8.
How do you intend to lobby GF?
