I believe if you approach the company and advise you want to sell your shares and give a price they may well be able to find a buyer.
Some/many in here don't have any faith in management, don't want to be invested in Tasmania, want their 'asset' being the loss on their shares that they can use on their tax this year, yadda yadda.
I expect it's unlikely anyone would get a share price above 40c, but I suspect if you asked for less than that the company may in fact be able to find a buyer.
