There is no value in the current SP for Misima, be patient, a larger company, with PNG interests, (sometime) will buy Misima.
Misima is a better project than Geopacific's Woodlark or St Barbara's (Hoover House) Simberi project.
Mineral Hill is t being well managed to provide positive monthly profits of $1m+/month.
In the AGM presentation it was stated in the MD's report that there would be a resource update for Mineral Hill announced Q4 2022. This deadline has been missed but delivery must be due shortly.
If the overdue resource update indicates that they are on track to meet their strategic objective to deliver a new 5yr mine life, they will have proved all the doubters (about Mineral Hill's history) wrong.
I believe that MD Andrew Corbett, his team and the experience of chairman Mick Wilkes are worth taking a punt on to deliver stronger cash flows each month and a new mine life.
I recall Wilkes invested $500k of his own money in KSN at around 25c. So he has incentive with considerable skin in the game.
If they can manage a seamless transfer from processing the tailings when they run out Q4 this year, to then processing a 5 year mine life resource from Pearse North and South, they should significantly increase cash flow and profit.
Even if there is a gap between these two production scenarios, there is every liklihood they could identify a decent filup from toll treating one or more of the neighbours.
When it becomes clear that KSN is the efficient and well located producer/processing plant in Cobar region, then postie value accretive M&A opportunities will present themselves.
I am continuing to accumulate KSN.
I see today others are starting to realise the potential value also.
