For example,
The director who spent $3 mil buying Nufarm shares thought the value of his holding was going to increase. At the time when the director was buying the shares he knew that last financial year the company performed very bad what actually was released later to the market and the share price plummeted.

Please dont teach me to the basics of the technical analysis as I can provide references to a large number of very good books. This is irrelevant to the discussed issue.
