Many thanks to those trying to explain the maths.
I have a basic question I has asked DT elsewhere about issuing cashless conversion options vs issuing plain vanilla options where the number of shares is fixed and the upside is directly proportional to the buyout amount similar to the SH. Will share what I learn from there.
