Seems odd that they included this paragraph though.
I have heard chatter that there are groups lining up to place a bid for Baldhill and are waiting on the FIRB response. The administrators must be getting pressure to look at alternatives options you would think in this market. Fail to see how they can simply do as Austroid requests and extend the date.
