That maybe so Zac, at least at the time of my phonecall, but I put the same question into the public meet to be answered and it was editied out: that was the legit time and place to publicly ann. And having failed to answer then (strike two) i put the question formally to the AGM following all due process to do so. Again ignored the question. I note that he does not have problems offering obvious and borderline info by way of interviews. Now that is not a ASX accepted way to make public anns. Summaries yes. New info No!
