Same here. I am also a German shareholder of Bearing shares and still waiting for the cash component and LPI share allocation.

I received the pro rata Bearing temporary shares (0.7 exchange rate) and a cash receivable position but apart from that, nothing else has happened so far.
I am hoping for a conclusion of the allocation until the end of January. Whatever takes so long should be sorted out until then hopefully.
