I don't quite understand your question. In what way "equivalent to ILU"?
ILU are planning to treat about 10 years worth of monazite tailings from their historical Eneabba mineral sands mine. Thereafter they're relying on getting their giant Wimmera mineral sands project in Victoria operational (not a given), treating xenotime concentrate from NTU (a recent deal), and treating unidentified third party monazite/xenotime feedstocks from mineral sands mining.
The only organisation dong this at present (outside of China) is Energy Fuels at their treatment plant in Utah.
