yes vmp I see it the same way. The TO playbook is to get funding done 6 months before it is needed and so I would say it will be done no later than June but also suspect that he will get many offers and will do it sooner if he can. He may just want to wait to be certain that no more is required and to watch the spod price for a few months. I also agree that LTR is on track to be a more efficient and more profitable PLS but some in the market don't want to see that yet. Their loss.
