I have a property up there that I plan to takeover sometime either this year or next. Tennant wants to stay on and I don't have the heart to kick him out, so I'll be trying to get some certainty over this pretty soon.
Will give a shout out when I'm there. Currently in Melbourne.
My calcs were based on 2.2 bil shares, so 1 in 10 would mean 220 million shares @ $1.35 to raise approx $300mil. This will give us a decent buffer.
