Fair assessment. The western narrative will change if the situation on the frontline changes. If Russians were comprehensively beaten in Artyomovsk, the narrative would be completely different. Artyomovsk would be seen as more important than Kijev.
The narrative of late is preparing the western alliance for the inevitable. Artyomovsk has no strategic value for the Russians. Well, the German BND thinks differently.
