Tis funny but on a recent bike trip to delatite arm [Eildon] my mate was talking about helping to fund his daughters and boyfriends purchase , yet he also thinks it's possible to see a general 10% pull back !

Kincella excellent thoughts re commercial stuff and although family and friends dabble I've gotta give it more thought .

Trouble is always raising the funds although last one we had we used private funds through a solicitor which is often used on commercial and industrial but not so common on residential .

Hey I wonder if there exists an opportunity using HC contacts/posters to raise funds for some newbies ?
gunna give that some more thought !
