yeah it likely all happened and just wasnt reported on. its not really news that needs to be announced now. they are executing consistent with their plan, to the extent that they are able to drive anything forward and do anything themselves. Alcoa in control.
doesn't make this a bad opportunity, just makes it a boring one. a non-operating partner that gets dragged along on a major project. no surprise that all the speculatove excitement has left. this is bottom drawer for another few years yet, i think.
