If Gina and MIN accept, STX would have a minimum of approx. 65% of WGO, so a 50% acceptance level would mean that one of Gina or MIN hasn't accepted. If only one of the two accept, the SOI and % will look very different (remembering STX do not convert/issue for their own stake).
