I would not be surprised if it is eventually revealed that Abbott and corrupt FDA officials covered up the inital whistleblower report that were supposedly 'lost in the mailroom' - that's an actual excuse given by the FDA.
Subsequently no action taken over the next 6 months in which several infants died.
