Esoteric the annual report was issued to the asx on "05/03/2010 6:33PM", the ASX then queried them about amortization and there actual cash flow as well as some other tax issues. These issues i might add were folded into management saying what a good job they had done and were one of the reasons they believed they should get a pay rise. This latest release "13/04/2010 5:03PM" has the amended figures for the ASX and is some 7 pages less. To my thinking if you are going to take time to amend the annual report due to issues arising after the year end, then perhaps it should be noted which parts are changed and if you have missed deadlines then perhaps it would be a good idea to say what the revised deadline is, given you are making amendments to the document with post 2009 information in mind.
