Not really. Sounds pretty average to me. NPV was much lower than i expected and significant capital investment required to get things going. It sounds like they are warming us up a capital raise through equity. Given the start up costs are 2.5-3 times the market cap of NCZ today. I dont see how this could be good new.
Would be interesting to see what @miningnut thinks. He/she's been tracking the companies metrics pretty closely.
