Considering they said the transaction will complete by 23rd January (assuming Close of Business), i think most likely cash and shares will get completed by end of today but each broker or organisation will be different. I reckon cash will be in your account by end of dag (but again depends on individual organisations).
My fund manager takes about a week to reflect the changes so I am not expecting to see anything till early next week.
