Been mentioned by several others that a captital raise is the least likely scenario. This would only happen with a 1 for 10 rights issue and if TG wanted to put another $30-40million imo. He won't want dilution this close to earnings.T20 holders, several being close to TG, would also need to put in around 300k each. Doesn't make sense TG buying on market last Friday if a capital raise is coming also. There will be nothing for non-holders imo.
So many people in the past have tried to second guess management rather than just listen to what they say to their own detriment. A capital raise was not even mentioned last Friday as one of the many sources for the extra funding. You can almost take it to the bank this won't happen unless TG and his mates all decide to go all in and get the ball rolling.
i think they maybe sounding out Government and non-government loans first unless an OEM comes along with another offer too good to refuse. They also will be working hard with the DSO. The timing of payment on this will affect how much additional funding they require. Not concerned at all with our position. They are spending more to make more early on. It is good they anounce early on to the market we now have 150kt of uncomitted SC6. Gives us plenty of time to sort out the addotional funding requirement given we still have plenty of cash and the Ford facility.
