MEI have not got this cheap. 4.5% Royalty is pretty much the standard price for buying into an advanced Exploration Project; The reason the Japanese did not jump in probably has a lot to do with depressed RE prices at that time and yes the sellers were being a tad greedy then.
IMO If IXR can break even at around 800ppm, then the extra 3,200ppm that Calderia contains can be thought of as all profit.
