Free will is only associated in moral choices of good and evil. To be just, fair, considerate, honest, etc, these are more inclined to contain the element of free will over pure choice.
We still have to decide what is just, fair, considerate, honest, etc. Having been brought up in a dictatorial society, I understand the power of what we are taught has on our decision-making. Those who grew up in a "free society" may not understand my point.
