These NNNY replies to speeding tickets are always a source of amusement to me. Just once, I'd like to see a company say (to the 3rd question), "The market depth and Japanese Candle technicals signalled a buy on our company. Recent chatter on internet daytrading forums may have also contributed to the price rise."
Can't argue with that - it's probably close to the truth - a couple of HCers mentioned it prior to this morning's open. I even wrote in on the days watchlist - the next thing I knew it was up 40%!
