Unfortunately, I think self awareness is not a strong point of many at CI1, otherwise we would be seeing some real concrete steps to try and turn this 'toxic' sentiment that many of the pumpers refer to.

I think Jim is acutely aware and the reason he bumped up his salary, the fuel tank for CI1 is running near empty
