I wouldn't think a merging on the FEA assets with the GNS plantation assets would be a good idea.
I reckon the first thing banks want to do is transfering the RE title of FEA's MIS schemes (trees) to GNS/others, as GTP did.
Thus the growers would be forced to accept a bigger loss and FEA would get rid of the MIS management liabilities (including rentals and overheads).
I don't think shareholders would get any thing at the end of the day.
