I don't think so. The initial assays were delivered by paying urgent rates(which is substantially higher than normal rates - often more than 100%). Laboratories are overwhelmed with work and stretched even more so with the festive season as they run on skeleton staff. They will be playing catchup for the next couple of months. Just because we have not yet seen the remaining 30% results does not imply they are not good - They likely do not have them yet!!
