If the value of the assets in the hands of management is less than if these are put to the market then the Board has responsibility to hold management to account. The question needs to be asked whether continuing to leave assets to be managed under the current arrangements is in the best interests of shareholders.
Should definitely be tabled on the agenda as part of the strategic review
