The question is how much and at what price. If its a small <1mil raise it's fine. If they smart and capable/ serious about the business they wouldn't raise heaps at these prices and cause massive dilution. If it's large 2 or 3 million + it tells volumes about management about the director and direction. Maybe it's just a $ life style company like many publicly traded companies are for directors. lets see
