    No this is controlled selling the Germans move away when the price is close to 31 or 32 cents

    Teck were offered around 34 cents off market but decided to sell on the open market thinking they would get a better deal but the price fell back to close to 22

    My guess the same situation here but this time its working ok for the Germans.
