We will have a full compliment of Executives and BOD in Feb.

Tim Richards start is imminent if not already and Ron Chamberlain starts in Feb. Alan Rule filled the BOD Non Exec Director role as of 1st Jan 2023.

Simon should have a bit more time on his hands to sell the project metrics to the market, and tighten the obvious valuation gap.

Still going to be very busy with project execution oversight, but thats what a team is for, and it is a fairly strong team IMO.
