You may be (partially) correct concerning the effect of the reduced allocations but the fact that the SP continued well above the issue price while the SPP was open demonstrates the strength of demand for the shares and there is no reason to think that will diminish while the POG remains strong. POG has steadied for now but remains subject to inflation expectations, USD fluctuations and the level of real interest rates.
