Is this your belief or what has happened, I have not seen anything. If it is a placement to top holders at a discount then that is really just doing everyone else over if CR is of any volume.
I am still on the sidelines as can't bring myself to buy yet as I have not seen any delivery to plan, yes new CEO just in place so time will tell. I know that it means I miss out a very cheap buy but it also means I miss a race to zero, which I think is possible as well.
With the revenue size I struggle to see a big 4 buying it unless it had a very strong Unique Selling Point, maybe another small player .. but for me while revenue is under 10M and it has nothing "unique" it is in no mans land. I am expecting a fairly horrible set of results and maybe an opp to buy.
My 2 cents -- good market to be in -- no proof of delivery yet -- new CEO untested in reality so may be great or terrible or average.
