I have to agree with you and that share holders will need to wait for another little while.
The reasons for that, is that 1 of my other ASX listed stock, has a hearing at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, part of the World Bank, against the United Republic of Tanzania, which will be held in Washington USA.
The hearing is scheduled to commence on Monday 30th January 2023 and go for approx 1 week.
So I really can't see anything happening till this matter is resolved, of course I could be totally wrong and we might just get the announcement that we all been waiting for.
IMHO.
