It's good to see an announcement. They don't come along very often, even if it doesn't really add any new information.
I'm not really sure if there is any indication of an acquisition in here. To me it just sounds like they've switched their focus to battery metals within their current holdings. And as Jimperding already was battery metals, I would say they've switched (or added to) gold from Berinka to lithium or REE.
